Cynthia Qualia - Retired I’ve meet many senior aged ex-Enron employees who must work because they lost all their retirement savings due to white color fraud. All companies, if reputable, produce internal financial reports so providing those reports to their investors is not a burden to them. If a company goes public and takes money from investors, large or small, those investors deserve updates on how that company is doing financially, on a quarterly basis, so they can continue making sound financial decisions. The company needs to be accountable to their investors. KEEP quarterly financial reporting. There is NO reason to change the current and decades long protocol, unless you’re wanting to entertain more white collar fraud.
