To the Securities and Exchange Commission: You guys have GOT to keep budgeting in perspective ! If you took a budgeting class in college, then you know how one small factor at the moment, a "type O" can have cascading effect at the ABSOLUTE worst moment, which will be devastating at the end. And then I want you to keep in mind what can happen to EVERYONE !
