To the Securities and Exchange Commission: The blatant power abuse of this legislature is heinous to be completely honest. I think many laws including this one show a terrifying trend of our government actively working against the people in favor of lining their pockets and the pockets of their lobbyists. The american government was always meant to be by the people for the people and the direction our government is heading slowly but surely the people will notice truly and honestly stop trying to take freedoms to line pockets one look at history shows when government oversteps it usually end in loss. My final note is this, you are meant to be servants of the people. You are meant to ensure our tax money and laws ensure a good future for the next generation and instead every move is a desperate power grab you have a choice, be a good person on the right side of history, or be like all the other tyrannical government throughout history and end up on the losing and bad side so you tell me are you hitler or are you lincoln thats up to you.
