To the Securities and Exchange Commission: It will help because if we do have a blackout that can help us have something in store to help our family to keep going if we have another crisis break out it can help us United States in the world if we do have a disaster happen for eternity for the world it will help the people that don't have nothing saved don't have nothing in store for backup plan it'll help the poor and the rich folks.
