Jeanine Nelson, retired, MN. After Enron, why would you even consider less oversight on CEO & CFO certification four times a year? I have saved & invested for my future & don’t want to be in a similar position as 2002, when so many lost their life savings to huge corporation fraud. The Quarterly report certification seems to be working, why go back to what did not?!
