To the Securities and Exchange Commission: This news is very disturbing! It can only be perceived as governent overreach and control! This is communism not capitalism! This history lesson has been repeated all through our 250 years of existence as a supposedly "FREE NATION!" "We the people" that this country was founded by and for, need to stand up today against theses communist bastards before they kill the peoples Rights to the free market of trade!
