There has been so much theft there should be nothing that has potential to hide anything on the table. Transparency should not be quarterly ever. Track records and history is proof of that. Transparency should be 100% of the time. Keep everything in the light. Transparency builds trust which must be earned and deserved. Quarterly creates too much potential for new problems for the people. Make it simple 100% time reporting.
