Hello! I am Heather Reese MD medically disabled Virginian. Quarterly reporting is what leveled the playing field between inside traders and the public. We MUST inhibit insider trading! Please keep the quarterly reporting mandates. European companies that moved to semi-annual reporting saw their trading liquidity dry up, while quarterly reporters held steady. Thinner markets mean worse prices for ordinary sellers. The US is smarter than Europe! Keep America prosperous for ALL Americans and not just the elite. It is what our founding fathers would want.
