To whom it may concern, I am an attorney in South Florida and I have to tell you that the idea of reducing the reporting from quarterly to semi-annually is insane. On every basis, Accountability, Lending, Accuracy for Investors, Safety, Evidence, Investigations, this reporting needs to be as often as possible. You have to weigh the potential damage from not reporting, against the costs to the company. The balance is heavily in favor of keeping the quarterly reporting. Changing it invites fraud, and deception and delays the ability of people to correct errors or change directions. It makes everything riskier with no upside, and further tells the world that those at the top will no longer be held to the same standards as the rest of us. Sincerely, David S. Fabrikant, Esq.
