To the Securities and Exchange Commission: To whom this may concern But the United States has illegally filed a illegal binding contract that I had no knowledge of knowing and they have me as a missing Minor/child alert on me so they can stalk harass and take over my life I was stolen as child and predetors change my gender and date of birth so they attack my finances they root every phone I get im sick and tired of this so they watchin my device but the United States has involvement of Killing my sister Belinda williams and now they targeting me being doing it before I was born and still today help me please
