To the Securities and Exchange Commission: I am with Vanguard...a handicapped 84 year old widow. I have owned five businesses and for savings I am an individual long term inverstor. I make pretty good money at it, the whole purpose of the market is to encourage people to invest GOOD FOR BUSINESS, GOOD FOR INVESTORS...I have been putting money in the Stock Market since 1960 when I used to take my lunch money down to a dealer and invest in stocks like Delta. I have spent a huge amount of money learning and understanding the market. I really do not understand exactly what this is, but I do not want to give my meager amount of money and pay other people to make my investments. I love Vanguard...they allow me to be just a simple investor.
