As a private investor and as a retiree living on my 401(k) Investments, the money managers and I need continued transparency through quarterly reporting. In this fast paced world, quarterly reporting has become much more important so we know product or service problems within the companies we invest. There are plenty of company leaders who would have knowledge for many months in advance of normal investors. A six month window increases the time for insider trading. Keep it quarterly.
