This 6 month hiding is absolutely uncalled for. Don't we have enough embezzlement and ponzi schemes going on without making it easier to hide it from you shareholders? How are we supposed to trust companies when we can't keep a close eye on them? As it is, we as a country are bailing out companies right and left; and, you want to make it so they can hide longer and steal more of our hard -earned tax dollars through mismanagement? If anything, we should watch them more closely in these hard economic times. I want to be able to retire some day; and, if the government keeps raiding Medicare and other social security monies there won't be anything left in 10 years. People work their whole life to be able to retire, just to see it stolen by companies like ENRON and their shady dealings and now you want to give them more time to hide their mistakes and poor judgement to our country's detriment? Please no, keep the restrictions where they are or make them tougher. Sincerely, Kelley Helton- Healthcare worker, private citizen, and hopefully future retiree.
