To Whom It May Concern, Changing the SEC's requirement of filing necessary forms four times a year to keep corporations honest is something I perceive as a failure of government. Rolling back accountability weakens consumer protections and encourages large corporations to slide. Many corporations do not want more exposure they want less, less oversight and fewer inquiries into their business dealings. They operate as entities that are beholden to their share holders, not to the general good. Please reconsider this plan and continue to hold their collective feet to the fire. Thank you.
