Companies have teams and processes, not to mention funds, to do quarterly reporting. I recently worked with an IR team who did this work at a public company. There is no reason to reduce the reporting requirements and all the reasons to continue them quarterly. The average investor deserves this minimal level of insight into a companies performance. Do not reduce the requirements to save them money they don’t need to save and should be investing in for ALL of their investors! Darin Fitzgerald Sent from my iPhone
