I am a retired educator and economiat with much of my retirement income from my investments. It is important to me to be able to understand company performance on a quarterly basis, at a minimum, in order to make decisions regarding my financial security. Please keep company reporting quarterly, rather than semi annually. Having less frequent reporting allows for greater potential for poor performance and fraud to be hidden from investors.
