Dear SEC, Your new proposed rule to switch from quarterly to semi-annual financial reporting will make it much more difficult for retail investors, like me, who now need to manage our own retirement portfolios (most of us do not have pensions) to keep track of our investments. The savings that will accrue to companies if you make this change are modest and do not offset the increased lack of transparency to ordinary investors that could result in compounding errors and opportunities for increased fraud. These quarterly reporting systems are already in place, please keep them there. Thanks, Patti Aha Groton, MA
