Public companies are public, so the public can see how they're doing, 6 months isn't acceptable for public companies' records to be held from the investors. If they don't want to put their quarterly reports out, they should no longer be public, it's that simple. Take your company private and off the stock exchange. You're supposed to be working to protect investors, not companies. DO YOUR JOB!
