Why is this being proposed? It is to bilk the average person out of their money, to allow financial fraud to grow at a time when we have the largest wealth gap in history.

We pay our taxes for the services of the SEC, but average Americans will be in the dark. The already filthy rich coporate leaders and big investors will know what is happening, but people like me - a 66 year old single woman trying to manage my meager 401k savings - will not know if my chosen investment options are tanking, until it is too late.

This ruling sounds like more insider influence to make a few people wealthier, at the expense of struggling Americans. Who's "brilliant" idea was this?

America used to be a country of trusted government, with civil workers who helped average Americans. But everything that we rely on is being gutted. Meanwhile, the rich get richer and richer because of their access to information that I don't get.

My prediction is if you do this, Americans will lose more wealth to flow upwards to the 1%ers. And you will spark an American revolution that will make the French revolutionaries proud. Maybe this is why all the billionaires are building underground bunkers??

This is a stupid idea and I oppose it. KEEP QUARTERLY REPORTING!!

Still working because I can't afford to retire because my 401k was wiped out twice by manufactured crashes.
