I’ve been an investor since the 70s. Started with common stock. I’ll admit I didn’t do legitimate research before I graduated high school (1980). I oppose changing to semi annual reporting. I’m not an industry insider, I have to rely on the contemporary release of audited financials, meanwhile, there will be market slippage while insiders take positions or move out of positions according to what they know… before the public knows it Yeah, I know that should be part of your enforcement, so please enforce the reporting requirements, I don’t wanna have to rely on regulatory actions to punish illegal moves while I remain punished because of those illegal moves directly in the market My primary email is leathercorsetry@gmail.com.
