My name is Emily McFadden, I run a childhood cancer nonprofit, Little Warrior Foundation.

As a childhood cancer nonprofit, we rely on transparent and timely quarterly reporting to help assess the trajectory, stability, and scientific progress of biopharma companies developing promising therapies or contributing to the development of treatment. Our grant dollars are hard-earned and precious, and we have a responsibility to direct those funds toward organizations demonstrating meaningful momentum, operational discipline, and long-term viability. Quarterly updates provide critical visibility that helps nonprofits like ours make informed decisions in support of children and families counting on continued innovation and progress.

As an example, we learned through a quarterly update that one of our potential suppliers had suffered a catastrophic loss - a loss that we knew would disrupt or destroy their ability to continue to manufacture components of our immunotherapy clinical trial. We were able to pivot to another supplier. Without this information, we would have misplaced donations, and wasted time that kids with cancer don't have.

There's more than just money on the line.

Thank you,
Emily McFadden
