As an individual investor with a portfolio of over 50 companies, I rely heavily on the data provided in quarterly filings to make informed decisions on whether to hold, buy, or sell my positions. Frequent financial reporting is essential to ensuring that the numbers remain reliable and transparent. Reducing the frequency of these reports would significantly limit my ability to monitor my investments and react to financial changes in a timely manner.
