Please do not change SEC requirements that corporations file quarterly reports. The current scheme is extremely beneficial to independent investors like me. Requiring corporations to submit audited, personally signed filings on a quarterly basis allows me to stay on top of corporate earnings and identify both solid investments, and also to identify when those investments are turning sour. Major investment firms can weather losses caused by gaps - but an individual investor like me needs the extra data obtained from quarterly reports to stay on top of my investments.

In 2018 and 2019, the SEC considered this change. For good reasons then it was abandoned. Those same reasons exist today. Please reconsider this short sighted decision - it only benefits the top 1% and will hurt individual investors, and voters, like me.
Thank you.
