Please reject this proposal. As it stands already, the American public already believes the SEC has very little teeth in preventing crime or going after those who manipulate the market for their own gain. These changes will make the situation even less transparent, because we all rely on these reporting requirements in order to make informed decisions on investments and for SEC to do its job and protect all investors, not just the market movers. Please, I urge you to reject this proposal.
