“The Commission issued a notice of an application of MEMX LLC for temporary exemptive relief from compliance with certain provisions of Rule 610(c) of Regulation NMS, as amended.

I oppose this application for temporary relief. This has been adopted since September 2024. They’ve had PLENTY of time to adapt. It’s now March 2026. They need to follow the rules! The rules exist to make a fair market! Granting this “temporary relief is bad for retail investors.
