Dear Securities and Exchange Commission, I am writing in response to the Regulatory Flexibility Agenda, specifically regarding Rule 15c2-11. Retail investors deserve fair and open access to the markets. Rule 15c2-11 restricts this by limiting transparency and liquidity, ultimately harming the very individuals the markets are meant to serve. This rule should be removed so that retail investors have equal opportunit to participate without unnecessary barriers. I urge the Commission to prioritize the interests of retail investors and remove Rule 15c2-11. Please reply when you have taken action on this. Thank you for your consideration.
