Please do not alter the seasoning requirement for newly listed companies on the index, whether they are MegaCap or not. If this changes, I will liquidate all my assets (at great personal cost) to avoid being forced to acquire shares in any unseasoned MegaCap companies, and I will advise others to do the same.
