something must be done about presales. in my opinion, along with many many others as well im sure of it, if somebody intends on holding a presale and taking investors money on promises to be made, then those people should be REQUIRED to personally identify themselves and be able to be held accountable should those promises not he delivered. its in the best interests of the investors that if a presale is to be held the developers give up their right to anominity by fully doxing themselves 100% and making themselves known to the public by registering with the SEC by means of providing means of contact as well as several forms of identity and not allowing new tokens to created by means of a presale unless they r compliant with the rules and any exchanges that list un-doxxed presale tokens, be penalized severely, making it even harder 9n the criminals to scam people. now i understand that doesnt make presales completely 100% safe and investors should still be vigilant and DYOR, and that fraud would still be very real an possible, but it would make it more difficult for people to get rug pooled.

stay safe, stay vigilant, and always D.Y.O.R!!
