As the father of teenagers, I see how quickly new apps and trading platforms reach young people. I am writing about File No. 4-927 because the way the Commission handles tokenized stocks will shape what the next generation learns to expect from the market. I want my kids to understand that investing comes with rules, disclosure, and accountability, and that those protections are not optional. An exemption that lets platforms operate outside the definitions of exchange and dealer sends a mixed message, even if it is temporary. I respectfully ask the Commission to evaluate whether this relief keeps the protections that apply to traditional securities, to require plain explanations of risk, and to keep the duration and conditions under close review. Families are counting on the Commission to protect the integrity of the market they are teaching their children to trust. Thank you
