Subject: File No. 4-927
From: Victor Salcido

I am a father, and I am writing about File No. 4-927 because I am thinking about the savings I am trying to build for my children's future, including their education. Families like mine rely on the stock market and trust that it comes with rules. The temporary exemption would allow new trading venues and liquidity providers to handle tokenized versions of listed stocks without registering as exchanges or dealers, and the order does not limit who can trade, so people like me could take part. If something goes wrong, I want to know there is accountability and a way to recover what was lost. Please make sure tokenized stocks are held to the same registration, disclosure, and market integrity standards as traditional securities. I would rather see the Commission move carefully than leave families to figure out new risks on their own.
