Subject: File No. 4-927
From: James Nava

As a realtor, I help families make the largest financial decision of their lives, and I know how much of that depends on savings they have protected for years. I am writing about File No. 4-927 because those savings are often invested in the stock market. A down payment, a move, or a retirement downsizing often depends on selling investments at a fair price at the right time. Families need to know that the markets holding those investments operate under clear rules, with transparency, registered intermediaries, and a place to turn if something goes wrong. The temporary exemption for tokenized stock trading venues and liquidity providers raises questions about whether those safeguards remain in place. I ask the Commission to ensure that tokenized stocks are subject to the same registration, disclosure, and market integrity standards as traditional securities.
