As a small business owner and investor, the Commission must consider how new exemptions around tokenized stocks could impact the savings that everyday Americans rely on for our future. When setting aside money for retirement and other long-term needs, independent business owners like me are dependent on stable and safe markets. I heard that tokenized securities to increase market volatility, and I’m worried that the new rules could impact ordinary investors who are trying to make careful, long-term decisions. This framework was implemented very quickly and without input from investors. As the framework takes effect, I ask that the Commission consider how tokenized trading could disrupt orderly market activity and impact investors. Financial innovation should strengthen financial markets, not make them less predictable for Americans. Thank you for considering my comments. Sincerely, Darren Justus Owner, Justus Salon
