October 13, 2026 Savings built over a working life represent years of effort. We spend our lives saving to support us through retirement and secure a financial future for our families. As a retired small business owner, I know this all too well. Any long-term security depends on the ability to plan ahead, and with confidence. But I worry that new rules for tokenized stocks will add instability to the markets where people have invested their savings. Tokenized trading could bring more activity into the markets. If that activity is spread across different venues or continues when trading in the underlying shares is limited, prices may become less predictable. For someone living on savings accumulated over many years, this rattles my confidence in the system. I respectfully ask the SEC to ensure that new rules around tokenized stocks do not introduce avoidable price swings or make existing markets more fragile. Moving forwards, I hope we can keep Americans’ financial security at the forefront. Sincerely, David Key
