As co-owner of a medical practice, I administer retirement plan offerings to our employees and partners. Their retirements plans are highly dependent on the stability of our markets. Following the SEC’s recent Innovation Exemption, I’m worried that new rules around tokenized stocks might introduce additional and unnecessary uncertainty to the markets that my employees depend on. I am asking the SEC to pay careful attention to how tokenized stocks impact the stability of these markets. Not only should we consider whether the exemption will increase volatility or price fluctuation, but I also urge that the Commission develop, and communicate, a plan to ensure that U.S. markets remain stable for retirees. Thank you for your consideration, Dr. Barry Ricks Co-Owner, Pediatric Associates of Monroe
