John Collison, Oklahoma – Clear Rules and Transparency Dear Securities and Exchange Commission, Clear, dependable financial markets matter to rural communities as well as to investors in major financial centers. Tokenized stocks may offer new ways to access investments, but investors and companies need clear rules for how these products are created, offered, and traded. I am particularly concerned about the issuer notification and opt-out process. The process for giving notice and opting out must be clear, reliable, and understandable for all affected parties. Investors should not have to guess whether a product is authorized, what it represents or what protections apply. I want to invest in digital assets, but I need clear rules and consistent protections to do so. I respectfully urge the Commission to provide clear guidance and to ensure that investors, businesses, and other affected participants have a meaningful opportunity to provide input as the framework develops. Sincerely, John Collison Oklahoma Rural Association Oklahoma
