I'm writing as a retail shareholder of MMTLP. I strongly support the petition 4-855. The U3 halt on 12/9/2022 stripped me of my 5 th amendment constitutional right. The SEC is delaying the release of evidence (Blue sheet data) until after mandatory record retention periods have expired I urge you to adopt the requested rule for all MMTLP related material to protect my rights and ensure evidence , a potential market million is not destroyed Would like to add that my 14th amendment constitutional right has also been violated. I was made a iliquid without a hearing or explanation. FOIA'S also showing my 14th amendment was violated again when the SEC contacted the shorts such as market makers and banks.But never considered the retail longs Sincerely Bobby McGinley [REDACTED]
