Dear SEC Commissioners, I support keeping, and even expanding, the SEC’s strong disclosure rules for executive compensation. Sound investment requires proper information, including: - CEO pay ratio - executive compensation vs. company performance - clawbacks to correct executive compensation based on flawed or false reporting Please do not weaken these or other disclosure requirements for executive compensation. Investors deserve this information so that they can make smart financial decisions for themselves and reward responsible companies with their attention. Thank you for your time.
