I fully support this petition. Retail orders absolutely should not be routed through dark pools and/or off-exchange. That should be especially so for stocks predominately owned be retail. For example, approximately 90% of the AMC float is owned by retail, per the CEO. It is unacceptable for orders to be routed in a manner that does not have any effect on the price and is not done in accordance with intended the purpose of dark pools. Institutions are using a unfair system to their advantage and it must stop now.
