PLEASE REPLY: Regarding Petition 4-785 Rulemaking petition to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4): Hello, my name is Daniel Sanacore. I live in Dawsonville, GA USA! I am writing to ask the SEC to take immediate action and support by implementing Rule 304 (a) (4) to remove GME and AMC from the dark pools. Both these stocks have overwhelming retail ownership, between 25-90%. Dark pools prevent retail buyers from having effects on price action. It benefits hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers and banks. Retail is being robbed daily and as a retail investor I want this CRIME to stop. Thank you, Daniel Sanacore
