PFOF was designed by Bernie Madoff and needs to be stopped. Other countries ban PFOF and limit dark pool trades. Dark pools need to be suspended immediately and PFOF needs to be illegal. PFOF us labeled as free trades but in reality it is extremely more expensive to traders. It is false marketing which is fraud. Stop the fraud. The US markets are a scam with these systems in place.
