From: Sarah Smith Sent: Tuesday, June 7, 2022 4:31 PM Subject: Petition for Rulemaking 4-785 Dear Chairman and Commissioners, We, a group of retail investors, have submitted a petition to the SEC: Petition for Rulemaking 4-785 - Rulemaking petition to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) to remove GME and AMC across all ATS dark pools for at least 14 days. (Petitions for Rulemaking Submitted to the SEC) We have followed the "chalk line" of procedure and people are commenting on it, as I'm sure the Secretary's office will let you know. We hope you will take the petition under advisement because we, retail, are now actively trying to be involved in the process and we could honestly use the encouragement. It would be nice to know you are listening. If it is possible, we would love to set up some kind of meeting with you to discuss Rule 304a4. We had questions that we could not get answers to and now, after having been through the "chalk line" procedure we have some thoughts on how to make it more retail friendly.
