File Number: 4-785, petition to remove GME and AMC temporarily from the dark pools. As a multiple year long holder of amc stock it has been increasingly painful to see the SEC stand by idle as the AMC stock has been routed out of the lit exchange to dark pools that i, as retail, have no access to in increasing amounts by the month to the point the vast majority never hits the lit exchange until far past market close. For the interest of a fair market these stocks amd any future stocks routed to darkpools at rates greater than half the stock(51+% daily for weeks on a time) should be automatically removed from darkpools after such points have been reached to ensure retail can compete in a fair market with hedge funds and other investors.
