Dear SEC Staff Members,

Stocks, such as Gamestop and AMC, have had retail orders re-routed through ATSs (off-exchange) for many months, possibly years. Retail orders should always be directed through the lit exchange to ensure price competition and price discovery. Payment-for-Order-Flow has been a disadvantage for retail as buying pressure is consistently being taken away; hence, negatively impacting our profit potential. I ask that you please consider turning off dark pools, off-exchange, and any other ATS so retail can have a more fair and transparent market. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Regards,
