I fully support this petition & respectfully request the S.E.C. to seriously consider petition 4-785 that would invoke the S.E.C. Rule 304 (a)(4). I believe it is necessary to highlight systemic problems within the US financial equities market relating to dark pool & off exchange trading. In particular, for the stock tickers AMC and GME, which appear to be allegedly highly manipulated by various institutions operating within the US equities market.
