SEC, This email is in support to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) and remove the stocks GME and AMC across all ATS dark pools for at least 14 days. As a retail investor I find that the market is not equal for all investors when institutions have created a false sense of stock gains and losses with dark pool usage. Further research into the SECs rules and regulations as well as how large Institutions control the market does not make for a fair and equal market. Institutional investors have eyes on the system and will move forward in continuing our goal to bring a fair and equal market to everyone. Claudia M. Padilla
