I fully support this petition. After several years as a trader, I have never seen such a means of market manipulation as the darkpool. When you look at the numbers, and stock price the manipulation is clear. Although this isn't the full problem, it is a main benefactor. The darkpool and shares magically appearing everyday when no shares are available, make investing in this market impossible. At the moment it is full of corruption and smart manipulation. This needs addressing before investors loses faith and cease to invest. I hope something is done about this soon as the SEC have the tools and rules already to stop this, hence the petition. Thankyou
