Ladies and Gentlemen I am contacting you about the petition concerning the dark pool. As a private investor, it is incomprehensible to create a dark pool where private investors have no access to it. In addition, it is not transparent because it acts like a hidden market. A free market can only come about if it is publicly accessible to all.
