I urge you to support and act on this petition. I am a retail investor, who doesn’t need the government to determine winners and losers in the market space, nor do I need the government to tell me when, where, and how to invest, but we investors, do expect, that the SEC do their job, and provide a fair and equal marketplace, and no special trading rules for special people. I understand the reason for dark pools, but shouldn’t those be on a limited basis- not 70% or better of trading volume done in secret daily. This creates an unfair and unjust market.
