Good evening,

I Omarr Sahadeo, support this petition for for action submitted to the Security’s exchanges commission (SEC). For your consideration with the utmost urgency, the need for regulation of large firms and protection for retail traders supersedes tentative relationships with market makers who have a strangle hold on the American free market.

Payment for order flow (PFOF) is clearly a conflict of interest. Amplified by algorithmic trading that capitalizes on incremental layer “spoofing” insuring the big firms profit’s through arbitrage by price fixing. All done in darkpools from the prying eyes of regulators on lit exchanges.

We ask you use the tools provided, the regulations are but tinder for fire if not enforced.

Regards,

Omarr Sahadeo
