To whom it may concern, As a retail investor, this seems reasonable to me. This isn't asking for a huge system change. This is asking for proof that stocks that are supposedly being manipulated, aren't being manipulated. If the dark pools aren't being abused as they seem to be, what harm comes from stopping the use of them temporarily? Full support for this petition. Thank you for your time, The world is watching
